I visited the library and cafe and the atmosphere was peaceful and nice. Can I just say how amazing Salma is, she truly made my visit a great one a very approachable staff member who truly cares about the customers experience. She should be an ambassador for the library as I believe she deserves the recognition, a true gem. Iwill definitely be returning.

Great selection of books, helpful, friendly staff and beautiful new extension looking out onto park. Didn’t try cafe as it didn’t look like there was a big range of food. Worth a try next time 😊

I give lowest ratings because there is no control. It's a library which means everyone should focus on either studying or doing their work and respect others by keeping silent or whispering only. However, kids are jumping around playing shouting and hiding under the tables and even adults just talking eating and laughing. No one is bothering to stop them. Unfortunately, just ruining the purpose of the library. Authorities must check CCTV cameras and take corrective actions.

Amazing customer service from Hannah. My nieces thoroughly enjoyed the arts and crafts activity on Sunday. Would definitely recommend future events here to friends and family

Can’t believe I’ve lived here for so long and not discovered this local gem! Perfect with my three year old- we had a babycino (free), decaf flat white (v decent like in any upmarket cafe) and a carrot cake (again, really high quality) for under £4. Beautiful cafe with floor to ceiling windows looking out onto a garden with a couple of toys in it. Also surprised by the number of parent/child events here too- would be great if they advertised (for free) on Happity or the Waltham Forest baby/toddler newsletter etc so others can discover it too.

A local amenitie that is focused on inclusion for all, from the bright airy well stock library for all ages and literary tastes, including numerous computers all free for public use plus a child friendly area. Information on all local events and a cafe. Pop in and take a look, I did and was pleasantly surprised.

The library has a new section built which looks onto the garden with floor to ceiling windows. A cafe is also added. New wide-screen monitors for the internet This is probably the nicest lbrary I've been to.
