The library is quite (in the sense of costumers) and looks more staff than the costumers. May be good for children but not for the adults who wants to study. Zero study environment. The most horrible part is the reception desk of the childrens centre which is in the same hall attached to the library. The music from the children center desk FM Radio is so annoying you can't focus on your study even a single minute. in my one week visit here for study i totally waste my time since i can't focus at all. Library staff should know they have to speak quitely inside the library but who is going to tell them that they are in library. I asked the library staff about the music and she said this is not the silent library, if you are disturbed put your headphone on. In my opinion no study area in this library does not means, staff can play FM Radio for their entertaintment . Please respect public if you are working in public place.

Small community library, really little more than an annexe to the local children's centre. Internet available, staff friendly and efficient, which makes a change from the minimal staffing and self service kiosks now prevalent in the borough's other libraries. Small number of books on the stacks, but linked to the wider Hounslow Borough library system, so any book at any branch can be reserved for collection.

The library is small but good. Have good collection of kids and junior books. I always used to go to Hounslow Library at Hounslow House but since it is closed for more than a year now and summer holidays already started, thought to visit the alternate ones and found this one quite handy. It is just opposite of the Vista building, have a small car park but it's fine as this library is mostly used by the residents there.
We went by cycling, could not find a cycle shed there which I think they can think of to add at least a small one.
Inside the library, there are options to santize your hands before go and touch the books. The librarians were quite helpful. The machine was not functioning properly that day but one of the librarians helped a lot and answered all my queries. They offered a free book to my son as well. It was part of World Book Day offer.
There were quite a few desktops kept there. Hope those were for the older children to use. But I am not very sure as no one was seen that time to use them and all the machines were shut down.
I liked this place. Quite handy and easily accessible by the local people and they can take their children for a reading hour.
