North Kensington Library

Good for a few drop-by hours of research. Wifi dies occasionally but mostly ok, plus few power points and a bunch of PCs upstairs. Staff is rather polite. No toilets though...

you can use toilets just ask for the key, great books and manga, really quiet and a lot of work space it's great for student or anyone who wants to get work done or read.

Used one of their computers, great to have the access, but the log in is very slow.

North Kensington Library, a friendly atmosphere, great staff, old fashioned Service at its best.

There was a old lady in the reception named Margaret- she was so rude and quickly jumped into conclusion without even listening. In a Library a receptionist should be calm and greet every one with the smile. But this old lady was too opposite.. and I feel like I would never visit again 😔 and totally messed my whole day today.. I prefer to walk 1 mile than going through this old racist lady.

Considering Covid-19, Staff on duty most helpful. Mature Security at the door. Sanitizers provided. You must wear a mask upon entry. Photocopying Equipment in working order. For some years now, the ceiling on the first floor above the printer/photocopiers, badly sadly needs attention. When was the last time that this Library was surveyed? I suppose no-one looks up when they go there to use the Library facilities.

Staff are ok but there's no toilet for library users
