Pollards Hill Library

This is a very good library with plenty of books available. Very calm environment, and good place to study or research. Free car park.

Staff were rude to me, I was literally crying when I came out. Library good, but not very good. They ignored me as I walked out and cried. Also the ramp is very edgy. Just add normal stairs for gods sake. I’m sure the disabled people will handle it.

PS: This was just a joke, library is very good 😃

Located in a quiet area, a good place to study and reflect.

It's an ok library, needs a bigger horror, sci-fi/ sci-fantasy collection.
Glad they've widened the fiction/ thriller area, that was claustrophobic!

It's was a lovely experience and staff were amazing as always ❤️ took my daughter for arts and craft for Christmas 🎄 nice time hand by all.

Beautifully decorated kids corner. Fairly good selection of books for everyone and great staff!

Pollards hill library is in a friendly environment and staffs are happy to assist.
The centre is now covid free area

All the staff was really helpful I should say excellent people working there. All of them was nice.
