Its ok, it would be nice if there was a silent area. An easy way to access wifi here is to sign in on the network using your library card number and pin

I'm so much disappointed and upset with the behaviour of the staff working in there. One day I approached to the reception to enquiry about English courses on be half of my Italian friend. The black man working in the reception ( possibly his name is Nigel) replied so rudely that "There is no English course for Bangladeshi". I don't understand how a racist man like him work in a place like a library.

Staff are very rude and dismissive! I have been there many times and always have a terrible experience. Staff need to be trained on customer service and manners in general. Unacceptable. Staff obviously don't understand how to interact with people, especially those with special needs.

A small library but an essential service for the local community. The library offers free internet access, a good selection of books and services. The library also hosts regular sessions for various things, such as English classes. It is a great place to stop by and read. There is a nice children’s reading area, and one must come in early to get the best seat in the house. Sit close enough to the window, and you get spectacular views of the shops opposite. This is easily one of London’s hidden treasures and anyone travelling to the city owes it to themselves to visit.

I used to take my daughter there to look at books and take part in activities. On each occasion the staff were just so obnoxious! And sometimes not even to me! I would hear the way they spoke to other children and parents, even though it was a children's activity taking place and kids are naturally going to get a bit excited during fun activities!

They don't know how to speak to children, parents or adults in general!

I've stopped going there as it's just not a nice place to visit with such ride people running it!

Newham council... Look into who you hire in your libraries!!

A small cosy library, where it is impossible to work quietly due to the loud library workers who talk among themselves at the top of their voices. I had similar experience today with the same black man working in the library mentioned by Abdullah Mamun, who kept going on and on reprimanding me for asking a simple question. His voice was very loud, he was rude and mean in his ways. Unbelievable! Council needs to see who they employ in libraries. Very disturbing experience.

Amazing experience. I took my toddlers there and they both loved it as well. Staff very welcoming. They had crafts made and gave paints to the kids which they loved doing. Provided with mega blocks to play as well. Such lovely and helpful staff. Makes the experience x10 better! Would definitely recommend.

Amazing place to be in, lots of books, a bit small but it's full of kindness!
