National Lighting - Hounslow

galin is an outstanding salesperson and helps out getting things ready. I have been using national lighting now for more than 5 years and they have been amazing to work with. I knew galin from when he was at park royal but he works even better now in hounslow. absolutely amazing to work with. actually the only issue I ever had with national lighting was a big batch of led lights which we had bought and all were faulty, however galin and national lighting kept their end of the deal and either swapped them for me or allowed me to upgrade keeping the 2 years warranty in place and honouring it.

Galin is the man. Super helpful and a friendly service. A real asset to this company.

Very poor service from the staff. We reached there at exactly 4:50pm and as soon as I went in the shop, a member of the staff from Asian ethnicity told me they were close.

But in the board outside it says they close at 5pm and when I asked him why is it close he told me they are close and just doing the closing now.

The man let his colleague go home at 4:50 pm then again before 5pm another customer came as he needed to sort things out and the doors were all closed.

My self I left screwfix at 5:06 and I saw the man closing everything and go home and when questioned about where is the manager, he replied he was the manager.

Very Very horrible service, I wonder how the manage to make money if they don't even let customers buy products. Clearly if this carrys on, this business will not stand for a very long time.

Management need to keep the staff in check they keep the phone of the hook on purpose after ringing for days went in branch to find the middle aged Asian man laughing with another contractor about how he keeps the phone of the hook it gets to busy to answer calls I traveled to see if they had the build I wanted in stock but they didn’t that could have been confirmed over the phone if they bothered keeping it on the hook disgraceful highly unprofessional

Got there at 3:30 pm and doors locked. Staff inside walking around ignored us when we were knocking on the door. They made eye contact but did not acknowledge us. This is not the 1st time we've experienced this. The staff are ruining the reputation and forcing customers to go to competition.

Horrible guy with beard and moustache. The question was answered in a rude way!!Won’t come back here!!!

I have been using National Lighting for many many years. At that time they had only one outlet in Park Royal and warehouse in Northolt. Their brand of Saxby products are very good and on top of that very good customer service. Since opening in Hounslow, it made sourcing requirements very easy. The 2 managers (Galin and Fernandese) I dealt are very decent people.
