I bought a gift for my gf (main one with 2 additional, which were pushed in to me by the customer assistant)

Upon giving it to my gf she said ‘there’s nothing inside it, it’s empty’ - which was strange.

*Did not touch the other two products.

Couple days later I explained this to manager and she refused to refund me! #illegal £60

She was too stupid to realise it probably be stolen in store and point blank refused me.

Lady working there was lovely and helpful. I tried on a few things but realised the security camera looks directly into the dressing room, which made me very uncomfortable 😂

Bought tassel dress £12 down from £40!
