Christmas Eve. Not the best service.
Staff very helpful when buying. Went in to buy a xmas gift for my daughter & ended up buying for myself to.
At the till I was asked if I wanted The gift boxed / wrapped - said yes but was then told at a hefty charge.
Then asked if it could just be wrapped in tissue as they usually do as standard.
After a bit of attitude I was then given the wrapped gift as below.
Disappointed a beautiful underwear set was wrapped like this.
I was the only person in the shop at this time so no excuse at all.
Poor service ~

Went in on Saturday afternoon with my partner to buy a new bra. The staff were great!! They were very helpful and provided a nice relaxing environment. Both of the ladies that were working were very funny and just lovely. Definitely would recommend.

Went in today for the first time, i was amazed when i realized that finally i found a proper womens lingerie shop, both of the two ladies were absolutely welcoming and helpful. Absolutely ready to help and friendly.
I will def go back soon. Thank you!

Vile condescending staff member, certainly won't be returning to this store or any others in future.

Went in to the store today (19/08/2020) huge sale on and the staff were so lovely and friendly! Helped with all of my enquiries answered any questions I asked and most importantly made both me and my partner feel comfortable. Can not give the two ladies working today enough credit for their amazing customer service and being so lovely. Can’t wait to come back as the store is such a lovely environment with lovely staff!

Hate with a burning passion constantly being called 'lovley' 'sweet' 'darling' it's so condescending. As soon as you walk in you get some patronising woman bothering you, not what I call great customer service.

Really helpful and friendly staff. I have been there twice and both times received a helpful customer service experience. You really don’t real awkward at all in this shop, it’s so comforting. Keep up the hard work!

Dreadfully disappointed with the customer service here. Condescending staff that shout out at you from across the store and couldn’t care less about the queues/waiting time wasn’t really what I expected…
