Impossible to get hold of

I truly think this is one of the best local authorities. They have really really helped myself and my children out over the last few months when times have been extremely hard financially. I can't thank them enough for their support. If it wasn't for EDDC I don't know where we would be! Amazing support for struggling families. Feel lucky to have them as my local authority.

You wont move me from abusive neighbours and you dont answer the phone.I dont get support despite paying for it.Your just a waste of time.And that is why I am abandoning the property.

Richard from council tax telephone line was really helpful.
Called to ask about two things and he helped me understand both areas, council tax and emergency support for housing.

Absolutely useless not worth a solitary star I'm afraid. But conveniently will not let me post without one 🤔 I do not recommend. Cremated my brother Gareth Finley From 26 Mossop Close Otterby St Marys and held his ashes after his cremation and porpers funeral now they in my brother's bank accounts taking funds for his porpers cremation telling me now he had enough in his account to pay anyways ?? harrassing me for proof I am his sister when I'm grieving, !! Only to find out my beloved brothers ashes have been scattered behind my back ?, Gemma Bailey withholding my Brother's effects and personal belongings when she knows completely who
I am. I want answers.

Hi would just like to give a review on Richcraft Maintenance, who have just finished my wetroom today.
Luke, Nick, and Matt were fantastic.
They were punctual, cheerful left things clean and tidy each day when they left.
A great bunch of guys.
And overall a professional job on my bathroom. Thank you

They have chosen to use the 'Park Mobile' parking app which means you have to remember to stop the parking session when you leave or it goes on charging you!! There is no warning when you move the car despite the fact that the app encourages you to share your location with them!! A real con!!!!!
