Upon arrival you are requested to take a 'Deli counter type' ticket and wait until called just to see the receptionist... this alone you can expect a fairly lengthy waiting time!

Outdated build with very poor customer service, takes forever to get something done dread having to go there, they need to put the services online to spare us the displeasure

They don’t do them Jobs properly more than six months and they didn’t fix it and is still going now

and we don't have much time after work in the evening

cost us travel time ,park other ways (like pay machine)
Official close time 5pm .
these are the system's jokes we should pay for.

I went too this office twice today ,26/09/2019. I spoke firstly too cherlyn ....what a lovely cheerful lady . Cherlyn helped me with my parking vouches and also a form i needed for bidding , nothing was too much for this lady ,and the front reception was packed , so i felt she was giving me all her attention. Well done cherlyn .
The 2nd time i went down with my finished paper work i was met with a cheerful lady called cassie , what a lovely too . This lady read through my paper work and told me what was gonna happen next . I understood everything she was informing me of . She also listened to what i wanted too say and not fib me off . The compassion these two lovely ladys have for their job and the tenants in my eyes are 10/10
This office is far far better than the civic centre im afraid too say ,( i felt like i was in a cattle market being ushered from pillow too post in the civic centre. )

Seriously outdated process, annoying to get a parking permit for the estate where you live, should be an online option as i have to take time off work to get this done

Decent local housing office to get things like parking permits and discuss housing matters; there is always a queue so make sure you have lots of time and have all the necessary paperwork to avoid the risk of repeat trips.

On hold for at hr to report a repair. They say average call wait is 10mins. Yeah right!!!!
