Tried to talk to Rebecca Slade today, Found she is rude and ignorant. She talks over you when trying to explain a situation and when you ask if you can finish what you were saying she hangs up and accuses you of being rude to her. A disgusting way to treat people and I would not employ someone with such a bad attitude, she has no idea how to deal with the public obviously. I am fuming with the way she does nothing but talk over people and hangs up mid conversation. Disgusting behaviour.

Bristol city council and housing departments and the recieptions are very dishonest.i was victims of harrastments,asults.fake landlords and police neglect.my money were taken by fake landlords who rent their house from agencies and rented out to many people for afew years.i had the contract and I was paying monthly payment to the landlord.the landlords with the other tenants including their quest were harassing me a lot and I reported them to 101 and the trinity police station in Bristol and 999 several times.one day when I attended to my home I see the fake Czech landlord (couple)lock the main door from inside and when I try to go to my legal place which I payed for it regularly they treaten me by knife.i attended to trinity police station and they had records of all my reports and were aware of the situation and they told me verbally that they worn them afew times last week but on that Saturday the male police and the others which I reported the last insident they were very dishonest.the police man used very aggressive &strong language and adviced me to leave to other town like London despite doing some thing to support and protect my rights as victim of the crime.he contacted to the couple who treatened me by knife and took all my money and intered illegally to my room and stole and destroyed my properties and legal documents and he told them don't worry you will be fine and if I return to my room I will be arrested.after 5 hours wasting my time in trinity police station in Bristol he make me to lose my trust in police and government for ever.after 5 hours being in police station he told stay on out side we will take you to safe shelter and we google some thing and I believe in order to be fair to you you have very little rights.the time was 12middle night and I waited for more than hours and I knocked at police station many times but never they kept their words and they lied again.i left them in hell and trusted myself and believes as usual i finded a hostel and checked in and was very difficult to pay for it because I was on lower income in uk.i attended to citizen advice and they record the neglects and they contacted to council to some one called Victoria holder.after I sent her some police letter which shows I was victims of the crime she refused to investigate it correctly and asked me to go back to my room but when I went again the same things happened and when I go to trinity police station or I call police I was not supported with this curropted police.the Czech fake Dodgy landlords who were committed so many crimes and did not pay a penny tax to government for many years and rented out the place which is not belong to them got away from justics and law happy because the trinity police station were so dishonest and they even by ignoring me maked that criminals to succeed and celebrate their successes.the fake landlord were adviced by trinity police station to change the main door lock and every lock to make impossible to inter to my legal place which I payed for it.when I reported this to Victoria holder she asked me to come to Bristol city council and talk to private housing team.i attended and the female recieptions as usual saying jokes and making fun of people and i Spock to a man who was very difficult to explain things to him he told me that you must go home and email them.i emailed to private team and they responded that I will be contacted within three working day.4 days past and they did not contact me.again I went to Bristol city council and I explained the situation the same male recieption give me their real number to call them.i called to private team and i Spock to a female person who told me he or they will contact you very soon and now afew weeks past and no one contacted me.so dishonest people.i complained to independent police commission and I am sure one day some one will care if they don't.the page will return one day and I believe in it and that time those criminals and those police who helped to criminals with selfishness and neglects won't get away from the justice.i believe in it.

Good sized building. A bit confusing to some when you walk in as it is the job centre and bristol city council service point, so unsure if you have to wait at the front desk or you can continue to the job centre section.
Some staff were friendly, some were rude.

I have generally found the staff here at Bristol City Council Service Point to be quite polite, informative and helpful. They do a hard and complex job and have to deal with all kinds of people, quite a lot of whom have mental problems, poor education or bad up-bringing and can be very rude, so considering that I think the staff try to do a good job as far as they can. All these kinds of service are becoming increasingly automated, so we should enjoy the human interaction while we can because in the future you'll probably have to speak/interract with a computer/AI who will have no emotional connection to your circumstances.

The staff here are fine, but the Bristol City Council Council Tax system is absolutely appalling. I have twice been overcharged and deliberately not contacted so that a fine could build up. If I were financially worse-off this could easily have made me homeless. Absolutely dreadful and the whole department should be ashamed by the gross negligence with which they operate.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour provided by their staff .. some people just do not care and do not wish to invest their time into certain matters. Its so hard finding nice people in this world anymore ... don't expect much from the goverment and their little dogs who are working for them..
