Reception Security Staff is really helpful. They do a diligent job by providing an extremely professional customer service for all the visitors to this place.Crowndale Centre itself is a beautiful building located at a very convenient place for all members of public.

Very helpful and professional reception staff, the small community library is well run and a good facility. The health centre is also very convienient

The council staff are public servants and are paid from the hefty council tax that residents pay, but staff act as public lords rather than public servants. This is a sharp contrast to neighbouring councils such as Westminster and Islington where we have lived and never had frustrations in dealing with the council.

We came here to register our babies birth and all the staff we dealt with were very nice and accommodating. The whole process of getting our baby registered only took around 15 minutes.
