Why do licensing staff not talk to us the customers ? We pay so much money, your own subject access info confirms you make so many millions from taxi licensing fees so why the abysmal 1970s slow and inefficient service ?
Why do you hide behind your useless customer service staff ? Why don’t you yourselves tell us what you need for our badges and plates and why do you take 10 working days to answer an email and then take another 10 working days to answer a reply ? That’s criminal.
Your trainers are great , it’s the licensing applications that you need to work faster on, we’re not asking for overnight results, you’ve even suspended fast track service and you’re taking criminally long even when you’ve got all our paperwork.
On behalf of all taxi badge and plate applicants, VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

Every time I call the City of Wolverhampton Council Taxi Licensing, they give a different suggestion. Not even once did anyone suggest the right way. i have registered an account and downloaded Microsoft teams, for my hearing but unfortunately when i go to book a date for my hearing it says please select, but there are no dates available for me to choose from. and i have been trying since 1 month and called you 5 times. Can someone explain to me why this is happening? and how shall i book a date for my hearing. And this is not right that you people say that if we do not book in 28 days, then you will take whatever decision you want to take on our behalf. It seems that you are doing it deliberately. We should get a chance to speak And we should get a chance to explain properly. We are feeling very helpless. I hope you have an inquiry. And strict action should be taken against you people.

It is fast and encouraging but quite surprised that my renewal was not as easy as the first one. My Right to work was question even after showing screen shot of my Indefinite leave to remain in the UK. For the past 3-4 years no employer had requested for further proof of right to work in the UK.

What a great and prompt service. 2 days from application to granted. The benefits of. Ring prepared and reading information sent out by them meant I had everything ready and then just 2 days to renew. Wow. Great service
