Dave rang me back within minutes of me leaving a message and was on my doorstep 10 minutes later. As well as fixing the fault on my door lock he also gave me some tips on maintenance and adjusted a catch - all part of the great service...... and reasonably priced. 5 stars from me and would definitely recommend him.

Dave is a very friendly guy who came quickly to deal with my issue with a house I just bought. The good thing is that we could chat with him over Whatsapp, which was great. He did a lovely job. Will be using his services again and will recommend him to others.

Dave was brilliant! Came within 30 minutes and not only fixed the problem in about 10 minutes (back door wouldn’t lock) but also went the extra mile to fix another problem without any extra charge. My back door now locks again and opens/closes like a dream where it had always been a bit stiff. Thank you Dave!

Called DM when our elderly neighbour's back door lock broke and she was locked out on a very cold late afternoon. They came within 15 minutes and managed to unlock the front door to gain access (this avoided expensive damage to the back door). The offending lock was then repaired in a jiffy. Excellent service and very careful workmanship - a really professional company.

Called DM Locksmiths to secure a problem door which would not lock. Dave was very responsive and came out within the hour. Kept me updated along the way. As it was a tenanted property this was vital to me as a landlord.
