Second time I have used Andy’s services - he recently promptly fixed my window handles that had failed on the same day of coming to provide a quote for the work.

Called Andy on Saturday. He came first thing on Monday morning and quickly resolved the issue. He replaced a lock and handle on our door, he was very helpful and was able to give us peace of mind.

Highline services came out to fix my dad's upvc door which had been dodgy for years - it was in a back room we don't use often and dated back many many years. The door frame had dropped and was in quite a mess with a half-inch gap at one side which was more than letting the wind in! I didn't hold out much hope that it could be fixed. I rang Andy and he came out the very next day. He did a brilliant job and managed to sort it so that it now opens, closes and locks very smoothly. I highly recommend him. He knows his stuff and was polite, reliable and highly professional. A very reasonable price, too.

Had 2 new door handles fitted, window hinges replaced and new keeps fitted. Andy was professional, polite and did a very good job. He even managed to engineer specific keeps for a discontinued style, so the windows now close perfectly.

Called Andy as we had a front door lock that was proving difficult to open. He came out really quickly and identified the issue straight away. Gave us different replacement lock options and explained them. The lock was changed straight away and again he talked us through locking and registering the keys. Excellent service from start to finish and all at a good price. Will definitely use again and recommend.

Andy changed my front and back door locks, I emailed asking for a quote and he got back to me on the same day and then came and fit them on the same day I returned his call. Great service and came with a year guarantee. Happy customer, would definitely use his services again.

My wife rang Andy and he was very easy to deal with and was able to replace both door handles and the lock on our front door. Excellent service and a quick turnaround at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend his services.
