Croma Locksmiths - Winchester

We needed an emergency out of hours locksmith, the call centre told us someone would be in touch with us soon. They were not able to give us an ETA and we waited 40 minutes. When we asked for an update they said the locksmith themself would be in contact. The locksmith called us and told us he wasn't working that night!

When we called back the head office to let them know this they didn't apologise and asked if we wanted to cancel our request!!

I presented Stuart with my multipoint lock mechanism which had failed. Stuart systematically tested each individual component until he was able to identify why it had failed and then he went on to fix it. I found Stuart very knowledgeable and patient in his craft and I would definitely recommend Stuart and Croma Locksmiths if you have a problem with your lock. Superb locksmith.

Disappointed.
Having phoned in advance and given the code for a specific key.
Travelled a distance to collect.
The incumbent didn't have the blank.
Said he didn't recognise the version, and would have to contact the locksmiths guild for information.
What was the point in arranging and calling ahead. ?
Not happy.

Had copies of my keys made and they worked perfectly on first try.

Yesterday had an emergency as front door lock broke ay my godmothers whos 91
So Rang Croma Locksmiths Winchester spoke to an amazing Gentleman called Liam who was a fountain of knowledge he calmed me down gave me the out of hours details needed but sadly after 30 minutes on hold to your out of hours we had to go with a different locksmiths as time was getting on . It's a rare thing to have members of staff go out their way to help so I would love you to say a huge thank you to Liam highly recommended this store

I went in with a chubb mortice to be cut , and done on the spot
I also needed a tiny double glazing handle key cut , which he 'estimated the correct blank and cut one to test .It works fine ,so i will return tomorrow to get 4 more cut for one of my properties .Well done !

Had to get countless keys cut for about ten different houses and change a lock in one, Liam was extremely helpful throughout the couple of weeks long process. and very efficient!
