Nigel really helped me out when I bought my new house and had been left without keys to various doors and a broken window. He came within an hour and worked until the house was secure with a reassuring, kind and calm manner. I can't thank him enough and would not hesitate to recommend him very highly to anyone.

Fantastic service! Nigel fitted new locks to our doors with keys which could not be cut anywhere else. They therefore had his telephone number and a code on the key. When I lost my keys recently I phoned Nigel to check that he wouldn't give out any address information if someone called - and he reassured me he would not. That same day Nigel called back to say that someone had found the keys, called him and he passed on their contact details so I now have my keys back. Thank you - excellent service - very happy customer!

After a security scare at our house we called Clubb Security to ask their advice. We choice Clubb based purely on the great reviews! Nigel and his wife were amazing at responding incredibly quickly to our request as they could sense our worry, and within hours of calling them Nigel had visited our property, changed the locks and fitted new one for us and within a week we had a new alarm system installed.

We've been using Nigel for all our lock & security needs since moving to Tunbridge Wells 20 years ago. Last week I was concerned as I could not find one of our front door keys & was worried I'd left it in the door after returning from a walk.
