Eugene showed up at the agreed time and professionally performed a 'surgical' opening of my locked door. He also replaced the old lock with a new one. In half an hour, my obnoxious situation was fully resolved to my complete satisfaction. Without any doubt, I would recommend this company and Eugene's professional hands to anyone in need of a quick and well performed job.

Not had a good experience with this company. I first spoke to their staff member called Sarah Monday about the safety of my front door lock. I requested that a report is needed before Friday or Friday morning latest. Followed up by emails and visits to their shop. Having waited over 2 hours she couldn’t even come to speak with me for a few mins. No reply to my emails and then to have their Manager Eugene infer that I’m not a loyal customer! What a poor service! The good news is I’ve found a better service who are willing to support my request. Will I be recommending Marios Locksmiths ? Hell No!

I've not used and wouldn't consider Mario's Security Ltd.
Today(5/10/222) I also overheard and witnessed the conduct of one employee of Marios Locksmiths speaking unprofessionally to a young women.

A altercation appears to have risen about a member of staff parking in a designated parking space without permission.
I heard a man raising his voice and using derogatory language towards a young lady who was going about her day. the young lady seemed to be capable of defending herself and holding her own however this kind of behaviour by a employee shouldn't be tolerated at anytime especially the racial and disgusting slurs he used referring to her a "stupid English c#nt" and other comments about her age, manner and appearance,

I asked the young lady what had occurred and she had arrived to park and some one had taken her parking spot and when she stopped to see who had taken the space he approached and starting swearing and saying he wanted to move his company sign written van but instead of having some courtesy he used foul language and i believe intimidate her.

I hope the company reach out to this woman and apologise and provide some reassurance this will not happen again and hopefully reprimand the individual before this happens again

Just witnessed an awful situation between one of the employees of Marios Security Ltd off Talbot Road. He was extremely abusive and racist to a young girl. The language that came from his mouth was obscene and I felt so sorry for the girl involved. It was totally unprovoked and I feel the police should be contacted.

Really helpful in coming out to me when my deadlock broke in the locked position. Managed to extract it without damaging the door or frame. Good friendly people

Great experience. We had a damaged front door lock which locks at three points and couldn't be opened. Due to the arrangement of the door and lock it was a challenging job for the locksmith and ended up taking much longer than he anticipated but without adjustment to the price. Very pleased with the service provided. Highly recommended.

I have been a customer of Marios for more than 20 years and have always found the service to be extremely professional and reliable. Eugene recently helped me solve a problem over the phone. He could of easily charged a callout but just gave me some practical advice which negated the need and saved me a pretty penny. Thank you!

Excellent value and profesional. Turned up within 20 minutes made replacement key, tested and gone within 45 minutes. Also best quote out of all the locksmiths called. Fantastic and highly recommened.
