I had two broken mechanisms in a very old tilt and turn window-the window would not shut or lock.
Tim got back to me straightaway after contacting him and arranged to come out fairly quickly.
Tim diagnosed the problem promptly, ordered the parts and fitted the next day.He left no mess and was highly professional.

Called Tim today and he made emergency time whilst in the area to come and fix my bifold doors. Spent hours in the freezing cold doing a job that turned out to be a pain and even had the part needed in his van!! I can now get into my garden again!

I telephoned Tim on 10th January 2023 regarding problems I had with locks for two of my exterior doors. Tim came to my house the same day. He was very polite, helpful and professional. He repaired both locks within 45 minutes which included cutting additional keys for me. I was very pleased will the service he provided and have no reservations about recommending him.

Tim was great, he was able to attend the same day and fixed our door and lock in just 20 mins and was very polite and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!
