If you’re a Landlord looking for a locksmith to attend as Bailiffs evict tenants from your property, then DON’T bother calling LockRite.

LockRite ‘do not agree with bailiffs’ -even if they have been appointed by the County Courts. This matters not.
Obviously it’s fine for your tenants to carry on sitting in your property rent-free.

I have no judgement on their quality of workmanship, which I’m willing to assume is nothing less than first class. Providing they will actually accept your business.

Denis is really professional and great with delivering customer service that is above and beyond. He cut keys for me after my keys cut by Timpsons didn't work - this was at 7.30pm when every other key cutting service was closed. Absolute life saver this evening as I had a tenant moving in and needed these cut urgently. Needless to say I will be using his services and recommending him to EVERYONE!

I found Dennis of LockRite Colchester to be highly professional, very helpful and with no rip off call out charges. He was prompt with all communications. Dennis had occasion to come back and do some additional work on the door and refused to charge for his labour on this second job even though it was a separate issue to the door lock. Cut additional keys for me in his van. An all round decent chap whom I would not hesitate to call again or recommend to friends.
