Our kitchen door wouldn’t lock so called Ollie to ask when he could come around to resolve the issue. Not only did he fix the kitchen door he stayed to look at the front door which he felt wasn’t closing properly to resolve this as well. I found myself asking Ollie if he was happy with everything because his standards were higher than mine. He spent time trying to resolve the squeaky kitchen door when I didn’t care. I can say now that the kitchen door doesn’t make a noise at all when opening.

Exceptional service!! Ollie was able to be at my property at night and get the door locked within an hour. He then popped back at the next available time and replaced the broken mechanism. He also checked the door over the find the issue that caused the mechanism to break. Fantastic knowledge of all things to do with locks and all round nice guy 👍 Would definitely recommend to anyone.

My key got stuck in the front door so anyone could just walk in to my house! It was a Friday evening so thinking I’d have to barricade the door and stay awake all night, but Luckily for me, I found Ollie via Google search and he came within the hour. He was able to remove the stuck key and I slept soundly! I asked his advice on stopping the problem and he advised a new cylinder lock and gave me a good price to supply and fit it. He came back the next working day and fitted it and I now feel safe and secure. Service and knowledge are rare these days but Ollie has both in spades, I will be recommending him to everyone!!!

Just after New Years our front door lock broke, so i contacted Ollie who agreed to pop round later that day. As time was ticking on I was conscious he may have forgotten, but to his credit, he called me to say he was running 20 mins late. I was really impressed - unfortunately it's not that common to get a courtesy call from traders nowadays, so immediately I felt we might have a good guy. When Ollie arrived he was extremely personable and it's clear hes a friendly chap. We got talking whilst he fixed our lock and he explained to me what the issue was all the while.
