I called Chris at Ozlocks because one of my french doors wasn't locking. Chris arrived at the time agreed & was most helpful & polite. The cylinder had gone so Chris fitted a new one. He noticed that the other french door wasn't shutting properly so he adjusted that also. He also fitted new locks on 5 of my windows as the old ones were faulty. He completed all the work in about an hour for a very reasonable price. Chris did a fantastic job, I was so pleased with the work he did & would highly recommend him to anyone. I will definitely use his services again if I have any future issues.

I phoned Chris at Ozlocks at 10.40 on Monday night after discovering our cat was locked in our garage (husband was away with the only key!) Chris was polite and professional on the phone and arrived within 15 minutes of my call. Thankfully he had a skeleton key for the (old-fashioned) lock and our poor cat was free in minutes! Would highly recommend Chris for a professional, friendly and efficient service.

I called Chris at Ozlocks after issues with the lock on my front door. Even though Chris was finishing up for the day he was at my front door after barely an hour of contacting him. Chris was friendly, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job of identifying the issue and replacing the faulty components. 3 hours after moving into a new house I’d managed to lock myself out of the garage and snapped the only key I had.
Phoned Ozlocks and Chris returned my call within 5 minutes. Not an emergency so we agreed he come the following day. The lock was old and the mechanism broken this being the reason the key broke.Chris changed the lock for a new one and provide me with 2 keys, happy and relieved in equal measures.
He’s an absolute star.

Chris was absolutely brilliant, he came over and replaced the lock to our garage very quickly and was even able to repair the door which had been sticking for many years and had become very difficult to open. He carefully explained what was needed doing and was a lovely guy and I would definitely recommend and call him again if we need any further work on our locks.

Chris came to change the locks on our new home. Easy to get in touch with and great communication leading up to his visit. When he arrived he was extremely friendly and informative. He did a great job, friendly chat and lots of advice all for a very reasonable price. We would definitely use Ozlocks again and would recommend.

What a fantastic service. Our exterior door locking mechanism jammed and we immediately checked out locally recommended locksmiths.
