Had such a lovely experience with Locksense Locksmith Clapham. My dead lock had broken and I could not use my key to enter. They were round within 20 minutes to help and were so friendly and understanding! Would definitely recommend and use again :)

Terrible sales service. Purchased a lock. Carpenter fitted and it did not work the key would not turn. Both staff including the person who sold me the refused to return the item because of missing packaging. Better off buying online at cheaper prices save yourself time and trouble of real people making what they think are clever decisions on returning an item.
