This is the third time have have used Martin services. He repaired my broken key case and re-programmed and re-synched my spares in a mater of minutes. Very pleased indeed and I am very happy to recommend his services.

They supplied, programmed and cut a new key for our Nissan. All done in 20 minutes for a good price. Easy to arrange taking the car over to Worcester for them to sort it.

I twice tried to use his services. The first time, he promised to fix my car the following day when it got stuck in the middle of a petrol station. I had to beg the petrol station staff to let it go till tomorrow so they wouldn't report my vehicle. Sadly, I learned the next day that he would not come and fix it for me. Why not text me shortly afterward? He wasted my first day of life on this particular day. I had to immediately call a recovery service to have the automobile brought back to my house. I called him once more and made an effort to arrange a time when we could meet to solve the issue that had been bothering me for the last two days. The time it would take him to fix it didn't bother me. I only asked him to fix the issue. He assured me he could fix it and even a detailed action plan. I've decided to talk to him about the situation because he hasn't shown up, left any messages, or called for three days. Quoting, he said: " I messaged you on Thursday that I can't do this", Simplifying Thursday was when my car was still stuck at the petrol station...

Tonight i got locked out of my hyundai i10, luckily for me Martyn at Autolockmaster was at hand. Arrived within 30 minutes and had me back in the car within 5 minutes. No damage to the car. He even cut me a new key as back up! Top service for a great price from a top bloke.
