A great service. Bob came to assist with a lock-out in just 10 minutes. He carefully assessed all the options and explained the process before swiftly getting to work. After gaining access he then promptly fitted a new lock which had better safety features than our existing lock and left everything tidy and secure. A thoroughly professional service, thank you.

Efficiency at its best. I contacted Katie Dyer from my letting agency after locking myself out, she arranged for her father, Mr Dyer, to attend the property within 15 minutes. Mr Dyer solved the issue within 5 minutes and did not leave a single scratch. Pricing was highly competitive as well.
