I managed to loose my bike lock key, rather than try to mess around cutting it myself, Court Security were able to assist me removing the lock quickly and professionally. They were thorough to check the bike was indeed mine before proceeding and were very efficient. So highly recommend them if you're in a fix. My only very mild reason for not a full 5 start is that the price of £115 was a little on the steep side for a local job a few minute walk away that took a couple of minutes to complete. But i do respect that emergency call outs from a central London location at short notice, aren't going to be cheap. Would gladly recommend.

Very helpful, courteous and understanding. I was abroad at one point so there were delays in communication but it was all handled with the utmost professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend or use again. Excellent service.

I popped along to the shop last month but unfortunately forgot my phone.
The manager (Kim) did everything she could to be unhelpful. I told her Soho Housing had sent her an email confirming that I would be coming in to collect a key. She told me that she'd had no correspondence from them. She was adamant that the email must have just been sent to me directly without copying Courts in. For whatever reason, she was not going to give me the key - a completely wasted journey in the pouring rain. When I got home and located the email I phoned them up and spoke to a guy (maybe Liam) who magically found the email within a minute.
I returned to Courts the week after and was hoping for some kind of apology. Instead, Kim informed me that your email had gone into their spam folder which is why she didn't see it and that I had given my name as Adam King. The notion of Soho Housing emails (surely one of their biggest accounts) going into spam is utterly ridiculous and clearly an excuse. Also, I am very careful about spelling out my name as Mr Kinn as this mistake is commonly made.
Her attitude and manner was arrogant, dismissive and officious. She reminded me of the Little Britain character who constantly tells customers: 'The computer says no!' - this customer service really was that bad.

We had a great experience from start to finish with a faulty balcony door, we're based in Soho and like a lot of places it just wasn't safe to leave it as was. Court Security were really helpful and quick and I felt like a valued customer from start to finish, the door ended up being in worse repair than I first thought so the engineer didn't just do some shoddy quick fix but advised on a longer term and more practical solution. We now have a lovely safe door again and couldn't be happier with the service we received :) nice team, great service and good value!

Great experience from start to finish. Both Kim and the engineer were very friendly and helpful. A very smooth and efficient service, from a call to a new lock being fitted within 24 hours. Would definitely recommend.

Be so CAREFUL, they make you pay twice. Keys were ordered & paid for over the phone, on arrival, they insisted “No, systems says no,” until proven, wasted time with them. Only go here coz special keys required. Not recommended!!
