What fabulous service. We had problems with two external locks both rusting and ageing. I provided photos of them and later the same day Andy popped round with new locks and replaced one and repaired the other - easy!! They were difficult jobs and he went above and beyond making them good and in excellent working order - all at a very reasonable price too. He also made good/cleaned the area around the locks removing any rust residue. I would highly recommend for a very professional, pleasant and a proper job being done.

I needed help with a bike lock. Woody was able to help and arrived quickly. Honestly cannot fault his service, and i cant really complain about the price either as no other locksmiths were available at that time. I would recommend AW locks.

First class. Andy got me out of a real predicament moving into a house where the patio doors wouldn’t lock, and I needed additional locks elsewhere. Ordered up parts, quoted each job, and within days all fixed and secure. Outstanding service, no pressure, polite, knows his job, goes the extra mile and reasonably priced. Recommending to other people.

Amazing!!!! After leaving the front door key in the lock we was left locked out. Thankfully AW locks got to to us within 20 minutes of calling and the issue was sorted within minutes. Great customer service and amazing response time and Great price. Highly recommend. Thank you AW Locks!!!!

We needed our locks changed after purchasing our new home and chose Andy for the job. Not only was he fairly priced, the service he provided was outstanding. A proper gentlemen who went above and beyond to secure our home, and even took the time to order us a part and then return to fit it within 24 hours despite being so close to Christmas. If and when we need a locksmith again, we’ll choose none other than AW Locks. Highly recommended!
