Great service, knowledge and price for new lock for garden cabin. At the time of visiting there were a few customers waiting to he served but actually being served was quickly. Lots if stock available and keys cut whilst you wait.

Brilliant company to engage with as a customer.
Our letterbox and door handle furniture had weathered badly during the last ten years. The composite door and door furniture was provided by another company from new.
I contacted Safe and Secure by phone to seek replacement parts. The locksmith attended that afternoon and took measurements. I received a phone call the next day to inform us the order for the parts would take two days to arrive. It was mutually agree the fitting would take place a day later than offered by the locksmith.
The locksmith arrived a little late due to traffic congestion, but we were informed by the shop of the delay, and installed the fittings within 20 minutes. He gave us a brief rundown on operating the lock. This was necessary as the manufacturer, Yale, no longer manufacture the security feature previously installed.
We are very happy with the whole process.

Called for a call out front door lock had fell apart he was unable to come until the next day in the P.M. but he enquired about the problem and was able to advise me what l needed to do so l was able to fix it, went to his shop bought new lock with 3 keys for £15.00 fitted the replacement job done. He couldn't have been more helpful.
