They can cat keys for nearly any purpose, surprisingly well priced. I was very please with the price for a set of keys for my price, I paid 70% less than dealer price.

struggled finding nearby locksmiths within my lunch hour. Went to their Head office, asked if its something they can do. it wasnt something they offered in house normally but they made an exception and took my keys and the job was done within 20 minutes.

really friendly staff, really nice service, would definitely consider them in the future just from how they handled me as the customer.

bonus: because I only asked for one key and it wasnt a standard key they typically offer, it required a bit of extra work, he then provided it to me FOC which was a really kind gesture.

A locksmith was able to come out the same day I called. We needed the lock fixed that day. Jake came out and was so helpful. He got the broken key out of the lock and helped us with some other issues too. Great company to do business with.

I asked for a quote on some locks a few weeks ago. The initial email address they gave me to write to didnt work - my emails were not getting through. When I called again, i was given another personalised email address (to Rachel) to which i forwarded my initial enquiry. This was forwarded to a sales person (Lucy) who asked me to send photos of the doors - which I did. I then didnt hear back - I called again a few days later and left a message for the sales rep (Lucy) and was was advised that she would call me back the next day. She didn't.

In the end, due to lack of any customer service responses, I ended up finding another company in Watford who came and fitted external locks initially and then came back and did another job for me.

but really poor service by National Lock & Safe - obviously they didnt need the business as no response to my enquiry!!

I had particularly problematic situation trying to replace my patio door lock as the company that originally produced these locks were no longer in business and therefore replacement locks couldn't be found. I contacted more than ten local locksmiths, all of which did not want to know once I showed them pictures of the patio lock. National Lock & Safe was the only company that responded and not only that, Jake was more than helpful and did some research to find possible solutions. The engineer who came out did a great job too. I can't thank Jake enough.
