Called at short notice to repair a door lock/handle that was about to break... office staff were fab - both warm and professional. Sorted out a quote ASAP and a locksmith to come out same day. Great service on arrival and also some professional advice. Job done ✅ would use again and recommend 👍

Came very promptly. Polite and courteous (and didn't make me feel even more of a fool than I already did for locking my keys inside!). Rapidly opened the door and waited until I retrieved my keys.

I was told by another locksmith that I couldn't get a key cut for my car because the ignition lock was too worn but these guys cut me a key and it work fine. Very pleased.

A fantastic local business that spent real time and consideration when diagnosing the issue with my UPVC French doors. The issue was down to the way the door had been fitted and the amount of problems we had experienced were concerning. The parts required (which were difficult to source) were fitted incredibly well by Unico and my door feels better than it ever has done before. If in the unfortunate event I do experience any issues with my doors in the future, I'll be using Unico before anyone else!
