Brilliant service - can't recommend enough! Called up asking for a quote for a lock change (with no urgency) and Tom came round 2.5 hours later to do them :) Really friendly & speedy service and a better price than other quotes I received.

Contacted Tom as our front door lock had broken leaving us unable to open the door. Tom visited within 45 mins and managed to open the door. As new parts had to be ordered to replace the broken mechanism he completed a temporary fix to leave a lockable door and returned a day later to complete the repair. Very good communication throughout. Highly recommend.

Absolutely excellent service was given by Tom Bright locksmiths Colchester, I called needing my front door lock changed and within 20 mins they were here and changing the locks and then a further 5 mins and it was all done. Tom came out to our property when we moved to assess the security of our doors and advise on the best solution. He gave us very much welcomed advice about what would work best with the doors we had inherited, and then promptly completed a lock replacement on the doors - including adjusting the lock to stop a sticking door. He then made us spare key sets on site as well. Tom was polite, knowledgable, and we felt confident in his assessment. Would highly recommend.
