What a friendly business, both Lee and his colleague. Problem with our front door lock, two options given with prices, repair or replace. I would have replaced if needed as door needed to be secure, so was prepared to pay. I was given quotes for both and they were really reasonable and fair. I explained my concerns and I honestly can not fault the service, price and efficiency.

The door was was fixed an hour and a half after initial call!

It is nice to find a local, friendly, honest company.

Exceptional service from both Lee and Andy. Lee in being so helpful and Andy for going the extra mile. The lock to our garage had to be replaced and proved awkward and difficult. Andy took the time to work out the solution and was friendly and informative. The price was very reasonable - I know because other quotes were double!!!

Can’t fault Mentor Locks. Second time I’ve used them and would highly recommend. Andy came out and replaced our broken lock in no time at all, swept up the area afterwards and even fixed the other sticking lock even though I hadn’t asked him to! Super stars!
