Having had a bad experience using a mobile locksmith a while ago who fitted a lock at great expense, I wish I had used this company originally. All possible options and costs were clearly explained before any work undertaken. Basil, the locksmith who came out did a brilliant job. Very highly recommended.

Having lost the key for the roof bars on our car, I took it along to R&R for them to undo the locks for me. Not only did they undo the locks, but spent ages out of their own time to release and remove the roof bars. I wasn’t charged any extra for this time spent. Excellent, friendly local service that goes the extra mile for its customer.

Fantastic company, highly recommended! I came in with a broken door mechanism expecting to dish out well over £100 for a new one. Instead, R&R Security simply exchanged the small part that went bust and everything was working again, saving me a lot of money in the process. Karl was super helpful and informative, and walked me through the process of finishing off the repair in great detail (twice!). Excellent service and customer support, thank you Karl!

I used R&R to gain entry after losing keys. I would definitely recommend R&R to anyone needing to get back into their house in a similar situation - the locksmith gained access without any damage, didn't even need to change the locks afterward.

Must rate R & R Security very highly . Just popped in today to see if they had a spring for an old mortice and latch mechanism. I was very pleased with the can do attitude and helpful staff who managed to fix my spring issue . I have used R & R before and will always recommend to anybody needing locksmith expertise. many thasnks.

Another 5 stars from me, they were very accommodating, the technician (Constantin) was punctual and polite. He had bought a few locks with him but none fit as ours was a bit weird so he went back to the shop and had one made. All in the fitting fee. Would recommend R&R every day of the week.

Superb service. We needed our front door locks changed. Alan responded to my original email and pictures. Karl booked us in and Basil fitted the locks. All three guys were knowledgable, courteous and professional. Would definitely use again.
