Great customer service. The issue with my door didn't require a call out and they were honest and up-front about it. Instead they instructed me on how to do a DIY fix at no cost. Very honest of them, and very friendly

Avoid at all costs unless you’re prepared to wait 4 days and to then be told they still can’t fit you in. They have totally messed me around and used every excuse possible - not enough staff (apparently needed 2 men), it was raining, backlog of jobs….the list goes on. Overall unprofessional bunch despite sounding otherwise on the phone. Pay the little extra and go to the professionals I would say.

Can't recommend Terry's All Locks enough. Promp professional service. Repaired an old Chubb dead lock which required a new key curtain. Saved me £180 on purchasing a new lock, they have earned a customer for life.

I wish I could leave zero stars. I’m currently locked in a bathroom at the third floor. We called 3h ago and was told that someone would come in 20mn and charge 59£ for coming. The person never showed up, pretended he couldn’t find a parking spot and is now asking for 300£ to come and do the job. We mentioned to them that it was an emergency situation but they’re blackmailing us. I’ve Never seen such thing and I’m concerned now if I’ve will have to spend the night locked here !

These guys are amazing they found me a one only Key in the whole of the UK for less than half of the price. I would’ve paid anywhere else. Got a job done. I’ve been running around for two weeks been sent all over the place and these guys have taken care of it within the hour unbelievable

I contacted Terrys All Locks after reading positive reviews on the Next Door app. My front door lock was sticking and needed replacing. Paul helpfully suggested alternatives to replacement before I insisted that I would prefer new keys anyway. Came quickly on same day - think it helped it was just after New Year. Exceeded original request by fixing another lock, but stuck to the same price quoted. Would highly recommend. Long running family business.
