Outstanding service, Chris went above and beyond our expectations. We were locked out of our house and called Chris. He arrived punctually and with his out of the box thinking he had us in quickly. An expert in his field, he was very knowledgable, kept us informed throughout the whole process and even fixed a few other doors. Definitely recommend IKS to anyone in need of a Locksmith, couldn't have been better!

I recently called IKS following an issue with not being able to get into the house. It was on the weekend, cold & wet Sunday night. Chris came out within 15 minutes of having conversation over phone and getting quote. He was fast, reliable, genuine and honest. He could of ripped me off and done the job a different way and charged more, but he didn't. I knew it was going to cost a bit because it was a call out, and with prices being as they are currently, I was pleased I had Chris on hand. I'd use these guys again if I needed too.

Martin and Chris were professional and prompt. Once they figured the lock issue they ordered the goods and came back and fixed it. My experience was hassle free and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent service. I had a locking mechanism that wouldn't let you close the door and be able to remove the key - something was jammed inside. Contacting IKS was very easy, and I was able to send photos and a description of the problem via WhatsApp. Quick response to my initial message. Arrranging a time to visit was easily done. Within a short time of arrival, the faulty lock had been replaced and the door reset on its adjustable hinges. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend.
