I had the pleasure of seeking Claude (Big C) assistance for a decade old problem. From the moment he received my call, to visiting the site and solving the problem, then and there only was an amazing experience. On top of that, Big C has equally praiseworthy sense of humour and he knows his trade.

After accidentally locking myself out of the car, Claudiu came within 2 hours and picked the door for me. The job wasn't easy as the emergency lock was stuck. He didn't give up and tried until success. Nice and professional guy overall.
