Fantastic friendly service. Jeff came to change the locks after my house move and fitted a new lock. Whilst he was there he also adjusted the front door which wasn't closing properly. Was able to accommodate my house move date change which I really appreciated too. Highly recommended.

Great service. Turned up on time and completed the task well. It was a good price too. Highly recommend. My back door lock had broken so it was permanently locked. He managed to open the door with his master keys and replaced the lock very efficiently and with no drilling.

Geoff was extremely quick and professional. My tenant couldn’t open the front door on a Sunday. The spring of the latch had broken. Geoff was with us in 30 minutes, got us in, then made all secure. 2 days and he had fitted a full new lock system. Reasonably priced. Definitely in good hands with Geoff.

Called 24/7 out for a broken key in a lock. They kept putting the price up after breaking the lock, after advising they didn't charge for a call out charge and the barrel would be around £35. The price went up to over £250 plus VAT. My husband showed them the door after they tried to rip us off. We were left with no lock and no way way of locking our home securely.. Jeff from Seymour Locksmiths came straight away even though he had a flight early morning and took all the stress away and fixed the door with an insurance approved lock for £90.

Jeff provided excellent service. He is a pleasant man and worked quickly and efficiently. He came to fix our back door whereby the gearbox had gone, and also advised us of tell-tale signs of when it's on it's way out in the future. Good value for money and I would highly recommend him!
