I needed a locksmith to open a garage for my mom who has dementia so the fuse box could be reset.
Jim was brilliant he dropped what he was doing and went round opened the garage and changed the lock straight away. He even reset the fuse box for her.

When I locked myself out of my property late in the evening, Jim figured out and explained what he needed to do, reassured me and came out straight away.

Very helpful and responsive, while other 24/7 locksmiths said they were unable to attend.

Gave Jim a call today in regards to having two new locks fitted to my newly purchased property and he was able to attend within the hour, which is amazing considering most people I called were giving me wait times of up to a week. Not only was he friendly but was also quick and efficient and made sure the job was done right. He done an amazing job. I would highly recommend him.

Needed to gain entry to a house having lost one of the keys to the front door. Booked Jim 24 hrs in advance but it was for a Sunday. Turned up just a few minutes early got me into the house and replaced 4 external door locks. Jim was professional and a very pleasant guy. Given it was a Sunday I felt the price very reasonable.

We went shopping when we returned we realised both the mrs and I forgot our keys in the house after trying many companies claiming to be 24/7 we came across J.F Locksmiths. Great service, arrived on time, reasonable price and got us in with out any issues really quick no damage to the lock what so ever.

We got lock out last night and after calling them we got someone sent out within 15 min. The work was great and the gentleman was very knowledgeable.

There need to be more Jims in this world. Jim came out straight away after I called and replaced both my locks. He is very professional, polite and overall a very nice and honest human being. Quick reply and honest advice. Jim came out and managed to repair the lock instead of replacing it saving extra expense.
