Lucian sent us a quotation based in the pictures we sent him and in what we told him was happening.
The final amount we had to pay was increased a bit because he had to adjust the sliding door, apart from changing the opening mechanism.
We would recommend him, good and quick job.

Lucian is an excellent skilful locksmith, he was very professional and sorted my lock with no issues. I was a bit dubious as he was the cheapest quote however is very friendly , polite, on time and done an excellent job. Would definitely highly recommend.

I found EPR on Google this afternoon, Lucian was with me within half an hour and quickly fixed our broken door, explaining clearly what had happened and how to prevent it happening again. He then fixed the latch (that I didn't know was even broken) and serviced the rest of the patio doors and now they're as good as new, three jobs for the price of one! Fast, professional and friendly service and great value for money too. Highly recommended.

After losing my keys to my electric bike , Losian came round and managed to sort out my lock , and this was after the manufacture said he couldn’t help , nice one ! Excellent job !
