On the phone Dave tried to help me solve my problem - i.e. not need him and therefore not pay him. A good start, but I failed. He came identified the problem instantly, fixed it in minutes (no new parts required) and charged very, very little. Less than a most call out charges. I obviously paid more than he asked. A saved number. A good guy, he may retire next year, so if you have any niggles, get him quick.

Dave came within 15 minutes and got me in without even drilling out the cylinder saving me money on the replacement! Cheapest and fastest friendly guy too!

Arrived 10-15 mins after I called very late at night. My key snapped in the door after a long few days away with work, got me in quickly and replaced the barrel. Very reasonable price and nice person. Really impressed, thanks!
