I choose it after Googling and making a few calls. Stay away from companies which are answered by a call centre - they are not necessarily transparent about what they will do or how much it will cost you.

I didn't have to use the locksmith services in the end as a neighbour had found my keys. However, I wanted to leave a review as the company was so helpful and were vey reassuring when they realised I was on my own and using a stranger's phone to call them.

I can highly recommend Fidelis Security & Locksmiths. I went to their place with my damaged van key and spare one not working. Cameron and Paul in the shop immediately took the keys and replaced the battery in one and offered to repair the other one but I did asked if would be possible to have brand new key but this time , I wanted to have a flip one. Within 20minuts I left their shop with brand new key which needed to be coded to my vehicle. Their professionalism, knowledge and customer service skills are very high which is so important to me. Well done guys! If I will have any issues In the future, I will be coming straight to you!

My van decided to lock me out at 6am with the engine running. They were quick to attend and resolve the issue. The price charged was disclosed over the phone before hand and also very reasonable. Highly recommended

We have just moved house and Paul was able to come out really quickly to change the locks. The price was very reasonable and I really appreciated the extra effort that was involved as the previous owner had made a real mess of the existing locks.
