Professional and prompt, Dougie got into a locked antique cabinet of mine (with no damage) as the keys had been lost - he then cut a couple of keys from the locks so I can use it again. I struggled to find anyone in Portsmouth who would do this kind of thing-would definitely recommend him.

Great service. Arrived promptly. 15 minutes to get me back in and reattach the mechanism to my door. Only charged me for the labour. Thoroughly recommended.

These guys are an honest and professional business. I left the house with a key in the back of the door whilst in a hurry and couldn't use the other key to get back in. The locksmith was at my address within 30 mins, despite it being a bank holiday Monday and I was back in within a minute. I asked about a finger lock so I couldn't make the same mistake again and he fitted that within 5 minutes. Cost me half what I was expecting which included a new fool-proof lock and 3 keys.

Lost all my keys and couldn’t get into my garden via bifold patio doors. Dougie (locksmith) based local to me in Portsmouth came straight out and replaced new locks. Arrived fast and was there for about 3 minutes. Also provided new keys. Fair priced charged.
