Efficient excellent service!
I contacted Gavin first thing in the morning as front door wouldn’t lock, Gavin booked my appointment in for only two hours later, very speedy work and really friendly, helpful guy. It was really helpful that I could pay using card on the spot, which is always helpful these days and he gave lots of information around warrantee for the work carried out. Highly recommended!

We used Gavin to install a new handle and locks on the door to our clinic and were very impressed with his speedy and thorough service. We had a particular look in mind and Gavin took the time to source exactly what we needed. Very pleased, and am just about to use Locksmart again to rectify a faulty car key. Front door lock broke, called Gavin after searching Google, lots of good reviews and can see why, arrived the same day and fixed within minutes, poor man couldn’t even finish his cuppa as it was still too hot ha! Very efficient, very friendly and would definitely recommend and use again if we have any problems.

Superb service and really quick, we managed to lock our keys in the boot just as we were about to go camping. Gavin sorted us out in 15mins.

Had a smart lock fitted to our office. They got back to me with a speedy quote and I was genuinely impressed with the professionalism and their knowledge on the smart locks as lots of the locksmith don't want to touch them. The work was beautifully done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
