This guy/company is brilliant and very helpful!! I called to get a quote on a new fob/key for a car that I was about to purchase, which just had the spare key supplied. It turned out the car never came with a keyfob in the first place, and the dealer was trying to blag me by saying a new fob could be made when it couldn't. I was given over the phone (FREE) advice and he even offered to speak directly with the dealer for me. I was able to negotiate a better price on the car with the information that was provided. It's just a shame that I couldn't give these guys any business, but I would definitely recommend to others based on my interaction.

Never bothered turning up after the AA contacted them after there call out.
I called several times afterwards and all i got was false promises cost me 2 days work.
Had to organise someone else.

Brilliant called them up told them what I wanted 2 days later come to our house fitted a new car key £600 pound cheaper than what my car manufacturers asked I can recommend to everyone finish as I started Brilliant

Called CAT Autokeys after being messed about by another company. The person I spoke to then commenced to slate this other company claiming to pick up their mess…. Very unprofessional! Arrogantly said send me your details and promised to be in touch at the end of the week! No call was received, so I decided to call and text them… I was ignored! Don’t waste your time!

Rude customer service tried to book in advance advised they can’t book 2/3 weeks in advance? Having a rant via text, I’m not a therapist to have to listen to all of your problems. I’ll give business to someone else who can BOOK me in to their diary. Do not waste your time!

Phoned at 9am and managed to come out the same day. Cut and programmed 2 keys no problem at all! Great service from Andy. Highly recommend!

Chrysler Crossfire lost both keys, dealers in botb UK and USA no stock and no date, Andy truly amazing and professional cut and programmed two keys on the drive, 100% recommend
