Excellent service front start to finish. Ryan was quick, friendly and efficient - providing replacement car keys promptly and getting us out of a real muddle! He communicated with us brilliantly every step of the way and went out of his way to ensure we were happy with our keys before signing off. Excellent honest service. I thought my only key was broken and ordered two new electronic keys. When Ryan arrived he noticed that is put the battery in the wrong way and told me so I only needed one key. Really nice chap. Highly recommend.

Cannot rate this locksmith enough! Above and beyond and very honest with pricing. It was a real emergency on a Sunday night half 11 and even though there was no answer on the phone (understandably) I received a text message right away to ask what the issue was. We live quite close so the response was super quick and the locksmith was here in under 15 minutes! Stayed and worked on the issue till half 2 in the morning. Will definitely be keeping this contact, highly recommended 👌

Highly recommend RB locks, they are quick, excellent services and great communication. It’s stressful losing the only car key to your vehicle but they made the situation completely stress free. Definitely recommend and if I ever get into a situation like that again I will be giving them a call.

Excellent service, responded very quickly to my enquiry, arranged to meet at a convenient place & time at relatively short notice, prompt arrival & very efficient supply/cut for my Mazda key (which was not in great shape), all at a reasonable price, and with a spare emergency blade free of charge!
