Really friendly. Needed help with my bike lock. The guy was honest and did the job for me real cheap. Love it when businesses don't try and upsell or get you to spend more cash. Would definitely be going there again.

This shop was brilliant. I wanted 3 copies of a padlock key and had been to 3 other shops in Cardiff to no avail, but the gentleman had a can do attitude and in no time at all I had my copies. I wish I had come here first.

We took in an old lock that needed replacing. They had one in stock despite them no longer being made. They even fitted it to the long door locking mechanism I took in, for no extra cost - and it was a tricky job. Friendly, polite, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend.

I had purchased a large safe from Richard. Both himself and Mike went above and beyond to load the extremely heavy safe onto the vehicle, spending there own personal time as it was atheist an hour before opening. Fantastic value and will be back for a second in the next couple of days.

Rude and disrespectful - There are other two locksmiths on the same road, when I asked the staff if their price for a key cut is competitive enough, he threw my keys back and asked me to go elsewhere. Ignorance and rudeness are all I can sense from this shop, and if truth to be known, there are other two key cutting shops between the junction of Albany road and City road they charge a cheaper price and treat customer with respect.

Locked myself out on a Friday teatime but within 20 minutes of calling, someone was at my home even though they were on their way home!
