Broken key in lock and Paul sorted it all out. Super friendly guy who couldn't do enough to help, sorted my Locks which were out of line and fitted be a lovely new barrel. 10/10 highly recommended. Thanks again Paul!

Can’t recommend Paul highly enough. Unable to lock elderly mothers patio door and had been advised by a uPVC installer that the lock was broken, obsolete and irreparable suggesting new doors were the only option. I contacted Paul for advice. He visited the same day and was quickly able to identify and rectify what the issue was (completely repairable without having to resort to major expense for replacement parts). Very professional, decent and honest Thank you Paul.
