Unfortunately the product we bought was faulty, BUT the customer experience from Jo was brilliant. Jo went out of her way to help us and fought our corner with the completely unreasonable supplier of our shed. Had she not stepped in this situation would not have been resolved. I just hope they can cut ties with that particular brand as they do discredit to Jacks Garden Store as a company. Will definitely be buying from them again, all down to the brilliant service.

wanted to buy a rose arch as a birthday gift for my mother. I was undecided about my choice and called for advice. Jo called me back and gave me really useful guidance. This was at the end of the business day on a Monday and I wanted the arch to arrive in time for my mother's birthday party on Saturday. I was amazed when I received a tracking message on Wednesday morning telling me that my gift was out for delivery, arriving at my mother's address before lunchtime! And I had a follow-up message from Jo to check that everything was ok with my order. Mum was delighted with the arch, and I will definitely use Jacks Garden Store again (this was my second order with them). Great job, thanks to Jo and team!

Purchased a Barbados mini summerhouse/garden room from Jack's Harden Store. Super impressed. Competitive pricing, arrived before I expected and quality is absolutely superb. Assembled myself and instructions are a little vague but managed to build it in 5 days pretty much single handedly. Painting it took another 4 days as I gave it 2 coats of sadolin wood preserver and then 2 coats of sadolin opaque paint. Should last years. Jo was super helpful. I highly recommend this company.

What a great Company to deal with. Bought a chimenea and it was delivered exactly on time. I then had a small issue and contacted Jo who had it all resolved after I mailed her about it. Customer service was exceptional and it is a pity other companies we all deal with fall a long way short on Customer service. I can't speak highly enough about Jacks Garden Store would recommend them to anyone. Well done and a special thanks to Jo.

Many thanks to Jo for the excellent customer service we received following purchase of a garden table which unfortunately sustained damage during transit. Jo quickly arranged for replacement parts to be dispatched by the supplier and kept us fully informed throughout the process.
