Gist facilitates and promotes stealing, they force you to leave all belongings in an unlocked locker room ( but do not provide you with a locker)then when items get stolen the management says 'not our fault' or 'nothing we can do about it'.
Had my wallet stolen with no consequences

I was a visiting driver. The man on the gate was friendly. There was plenty of room on site. Enough space either side of the trailer to open/close your doors. The staff in the inbound office were polite. Everyone else seemed chilled out and happy. From first appearances it looks like a good Gist site to work at.

I know I am not the only one fed up of Gist drivers thundering up the A251, and bullying cars by tailgating and sounding their horns if someone dares to take more than a second to pull away at the lights. I saw 2 instances of this on Friday on my walk into and out of town.

I worked for gist previously through blue tech angency and they have failled to send the correct paper work through to bule tech so they can process my wages it has been nealy 4 weeks now and i still have not received my wages gist staff and mangement team at pertemps do not know what they are doing and apparently are always in meetings they try to push the problem on to someone elsel to avoid sorting out a solution

As a driver visiting the depot it was reassuring to have such approachable shunters to let me know where everything is and where I needed to go.

The organization is normal, but the security, imagined that they are the biggest bosses, make you wash your hands even if you put on disposable blue gloves 🧤, He probably thinks that, I'm the boss and you, what in the toilet, you have to wash off, you know.
