Through Amazon, we ordered shoe covers for our care workers. Delivery was scheduled for today (07/09/2020). Though and behold, at 4:34pm, we received a message stating it had been delivered at "Reception" with a person who we did not recognise. We checked with the Centre's reception, nothing had been delivered. We checked with all other units, nothing and no one of that name anywhere to be found. I called Amazon whose advice was "wait 24 hours and see if it turns up". So, we don't know where our delivery is, don't know if it can be retrieved and correctly delivered. Amazon Customer Service cannot speak directly with the depot or the driver (which is perhaps to be expected) but we are left in limbo, with care workers servicing elderly and vulnerable residents, some of whom are displaying Covid-19 symptoms and from tomorrow, with no P.P.E. in terms of shoe covers and no face masks (not this order, another Amazon order, "delivered" by DPD to yet another mystery location). Yes, delivery address is correct and the same as other successful deliveries. Nothing has changed. I am now having to go through emergency local authority and NHS protocols to get my care workers the P.P.E. they should not have to wait for.

Very rude staff members, insutling, abusive and very agressive. No proper management. Inside it is like Wild West, Full of Gangster type people

watched as worker sat in car and not even deliver parcel to my property by deliver one to some elses property but still mark mine as delivered

Reception staff Miraben speaks very rudely...didn't expect Amazon first point of contact to be represented this way
